RETURN POLICY

If you're not absolutely delighted with a Knit Purl purchase, we make it easy for you to return it. Before returning please contact our Customer Service at 866-656-KNIT so they can make the exchange process easier for you. 


We accept unused yarn in its original condition with the receipt and original tags, it may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges/returns on books, needles, accessories, sale yarn, or wound yarn


When returning items please provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. When returning yarn, shipping costs to and from Knit Purl will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Knit Purl cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service before returning. The Customer Service Team may be reached by telephone, at 866-656-KNIT Monday through Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm, PST (excluding US holidays), via email at info@knit-purl.com, or through Live Chat by clicking the “Live Chat” bubble when visible.


You may also return items to Knit Purl's brick and mortar store. For directions to our store please follow Google Maps directions or call 866-656-KNIT. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase for store credit.
